Kelsey Pettitt D.C., C.A.C.C.P.
Dr. Kelsey (Eischeid) Pettitt grew up on a farm right outside of Carroll, Iowa. She is the daughter of Bob and Beth Eischeid. Dr. Pettitt attended Kuemper Catholic High School where she participated heavily in Basketball and Softball.

Wade also grew up in Carroll, Iowa and attended Carroll High School. He is the fourth oldest of twelve kids. He is a two-time Iowa High School State Golf Champion and continued his career at Indian Hills Community College and Drake University before turning pro in the fall of 2008.

Dr. Madison Johnson grew up in the rural town of Guthrie Center, Iowa, and received both her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Doctorate of Chiropractic degrees from Texas Chiropractic College. There she was awarded top academic honors including graduating Summa Cum Laude and Salutatorian of her class.

Dr. Kirby grew up in the metro area before she went on to receive her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Iowa State University. She knew that she wanted to work in the healthcare field and being a chiropractic patient for many years herself, that was the route she wanted to pursue.

Hello! My name is Derek Bechtel. I have been a Chiropractor since 2022. I completed my education at The University of Iowa and then received my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. I grew up in a small town called Cherokee in Northwest Iowa.

Hi, my name is Susan LaHaise. I’m originally from Southern California and my previous employment was as a department manager at Nordstrom and then went on to be a recruiter at Apple One. Following the birth of my sons, I decided to become a stay-at-home mom.

Paige Holmes
Paige joined us in June, she just recently got married! Her favorite things to do outside of work are to on walks with her dog and husband or to travel. Her favorite food is Mexican, and loves interacting with new people. Paige is very excited to learn more about chiropractic care and get to know our patients.

Brett, a Waukee native, embarked on her journey in healthcare by earning an Associate in Science in Physical Therapy Assisting from Mercy College of Health Sciences in 2016. With 7 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, Brett has honed her skills in various healthcare settings.

Brittney Downey
Brittney joined the KPC team in November 2024 after relocating to Iowa from Nebraska in August 2023 with her husband Brian and their son Jordan. Although her family is originally from Columbus, Nebraska, Brittney was raised in Euless, Texas, giving her a unique blend of southern warmth and Midwestern values.

Madison holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and brings a deep passion for health, healing, and helping others to the team at Key Potential Chiropractic. Outside the clinic, she’s a certified personal trainer at OYF in Urbandale, where she supports clients in achieving their fitness goals.
